What does it look like to work in a bread bakery sir?
I just got an employment to work in a bread bakery. I will be resuming from January 2025. The manager didnt tell me my role and how much i will be paid.

Can you tell me how much salary do bread bakery workers receive and the departments in a bakery factory?
And can you also tell me the working routine in a bread bakery. What time do they resume for work and what time do they close. And how many days do they work in a week?

I have been working since 2012. I worked with one of the leading eateries in Lagos for 2 years (2012-2014) and since then I have been working with commercial bakeries, my last position being a bakery manager in a reputable bakery for a period of 4 yrs before resigning last month

Best option will be fairly used equipment. If you buy smaller scale equipment, you will easily outgrown them.
You can ask well start producing without bread slicer(i.e producing unsliced bread only for a start), so that can reduce the cost for you as well. You can get a good carpenter to do a wooden bread shelve for you instead of buying foreign one. Etc
