You will do renewal not new. If you know your name, date of birth and address, you will pay and you will get the information on your data page for renewal

NIN is the first to do before renewal. Make sure NIN is validated. Data correction can only be done in Abuja

Yes, it will fail NIN verification. On your passport Renewal application try adding the names exactly as matching on NIN. That may get flagged that the name on the form does not match what's on the old passport. Otherwise, you can do an NIN modification to match what's on the passport. In my case, which is similar to yours, I just changed the NIN one to match.

At this final stage,you don't really need the online tracking again because, it won't change until after collection.
Your passport should be ready though, but I can still help you confirm when I go on Tuesday fo finalise my children capturing.
