Remove it and reheat the stew.... always serve stew hot anytime you want to eat.

Cockroaches are medicinal according to scientists.. google cockroach farming and their use in pharmaceutical industries.

@OP You can use the soup ike that, squeeze face dey swallow your thing dey go.. afterall noone knows how the ones we have been eating outside in mamaput and eateries are made.

I won't eat it oooooo. Few days back when a client took me to go eat at a restaurant, the food was rice and peppersoup as we dey chop I saw housefly inside the soup I kid you not the hunger vanish immediately then I saw another one and we called their notice to it then the friend of the client saw 7 houseflies and the client himself saw 3. It was just terrible, the cook apologised but for my mind I know next time I go to that area I can't stop by to even take bottle water
