Before u get licence here they must check ur insanity infact u wil not dare drive against traffic law because camera are everywhere watching you if u over speed fine, if u drive over slow fine if u even pass traffic line fine .. nah big big fine go lecture u ... they won't seize u , just ur residents card is enough
