Nothing new.. it’s still about the forfeiture. The income isn’t his own. The people that used his account never told him it was drug money..

If Tinubu was the one involved in the drugs, he would have been convicted. No one does drugs in USA that got caught that won’t be convicted & jailed!

For example, If you’re a Pos vendor and a customer comes forward to use your account to receive illegal money and the culprit was caught, and the money got traced to your account, won’t you forfeit such money? Does that makes you a criminal?
