I'm In A Tight Corner. What Should I Do? by 4givenezz: 6:40am On Apr 10, 2023
Good morning everyone,

Kindly advise me please.

I am a graduate of a tertiary institution. I had initially wanted to study medicine and surgery but I was offered an education course which i completed and graduated with first class but I still want to study mbbs.

So i registered for another WAEC (because my previous WAEC was all C6 and C5). But now, I've been able to get a job and I'm currently on a 6 month probation which doesn't allow for any absence whatsoever from work.

I don't know if it's possible to postpone the exam till next year and the exam is starting 6th of next month. Please advise cry cry cry cry

Please mods, help move to front page. I want to know how I can postpone my exam till next year though I already paid and concluded the registration. What can I do?

Op, did you fail chemistry or physics with your previous WAEC?

Because having a credit will qualify you to study for MBBS!

Omoh! People are trying. OP, I need you to answer this question genuinely: why do you want to study medicine?

It's what I am sincerely passionate about. I find myself silently regretting not taking this step earlier

The bolded word sounds cliché and it's meaning has lost relevance. If you don't have a branch of medicine that you want to specialize in, then you just want to study medicine for prestige sake or show off which to me isn't relevant.
