Lol. Of course they must, but when will you address awkuzu Sars and bring the perpetrators to book?

I'm beginning to see this dude as a hypocrite, always looking to score political point. I'm not sure if this guy have ever spoken against the Monday sit at home, or the killing going on in his state, but is always "very concerned" and "deeply saddened" once it comes to others state, condemning and pointing fingers when you are also guilty of the same offence.

Again, he's very right about the killing going on there,it's too much, and something should be done ASAP!
This one is equating the monday sit-at-home problem with the grusome massacre of hundreds of people within a 3 week period.

The way political sentiment drains the reasoning faculty of some Nigerians is something that needs to be studied.

It's a family fight between Munchis in Benue state.
In those days, Tiv people would go to distant farms, before they could return home, Fulani herdsmen had "serviced' Tiv wives left at home. When Tiv people asked who impregnated their wives while the Tiv men were away in the farms, Fulani herdsmen would respond: Munchi - meaning we ate in Hausa language.

Last time I checked who won presidential election in Benue state, as always despite the years of destruction and killings by Fulani herdsmen in Benue state ....?
Fulani owned political party, APC.
Munchis were the most brutal and fierceful fighters more than the Hausa-Fulani, during the Nigerian civil war.

APC did not, and couldn't have won the last presidential election because Nigerians are not all dumbos to have renewed the tenure of APC which reduced Nigeria in 8 years to a country of the highest number of poor people in the world, the most indebted country in Africa and one of the most terrorised nations in the world.

Ethnic and religious bigot pretending to be a national figure. The killings in his south east region are done by his brothers and therefore cannot be condemned. Hypocrite
Does that stop him from pointing out the killings...you can't even compare the killings in the East and the one done by Boko Haram and Heardmen..in the North,Benue,Kogi,etc... you're talking about a problem within a state and yet quiet about a National problem
Re: FG Must Take Extraordinary Measures To Address Benue Killings - Peter Obi by cuteboy2: 4:20pm On Apr 10, 2023
Yes. He has condemned the violence in the East, which might just be sponsored for political reasons.

Don't even compare the violence in the East to the progressive burning of villages, killing of people in IDP camps, killing of traditional rulers, taking over of ancestral lands in the Middle Belt.

Besides, Obi doesn't command the military. He is an ordinary citizen like you and I. Buhari the C-in-C. He is never bothered about the senseless genocide playing out in Benue, Plateau and Zamfara under his watch. Even a simple message to commiserate with the bereaved , he is will not issue.

Perhaps there is something he knows about this ethnic cleansing that makes him keep mute and refuse to act.

In what capacity will he address IPOB problem? As sitting president or private citizen. Who is in a better position to address the mindless killings all over the country? Is it President Buhari or Obi?

So Buhari is actually not in charge of the country. It is Obi who should be managing internal security of Nigeria? The truth has a way of coming out even from the mouth of those who hate Peter Obi for no reason.

It is curious that the terrible destruction of villages and killings was paused during elections, but the programme has now kicked into high gear with election over. Somebody must be orchestrating this killings.

Oga abeg u guys should die this issue cos when tinubu gets into office u will still blame or call obi in any slightest chance. All of us are not behaving like ppl that are civilized always trading blames or fighting each other. Is that how we will make the country better? Lemme tell u if peter obi was a failure in anambra trust me theres no way in hell he would have pull such crown during the campaign. Think about other igbo presidential candidates bro this is common sense its not rock science. Even when ojukwu contested Obasanjo won him in southeast. Igbos are critical when it comes to politics we dont do sentiment. Another typical example is ike ekweremadu and nnamani and theres no way u can compare obi to tinubu in terms of corruption. Tinubu own almost all part of lagos through lagos government fund abi na the pension he signed before leaving office. There no way u can compare Anambra to lagos cos it was already the commercial trade center before tinubu came in. So now he has won the election what i expect from ppl like u is to look forward and try to unit us, power is in ur hands and u can misuse if u feel like. The legacy tinubu and his supporters live for the next eight will determine if this country will be beta socially and economically. The way apc is playing politics in this country is crazy we never had this kind trauma during pdp era. The person in charge of power is the one that bear all the responsibilities its really terrible. Before i never ever thought a yoruba man will be so tribalistic to the point of inflicting harm on someone. Its terrible and i most tell u we have lost it.
