That what keeps me wondering, a little I knew about US and Mexico, illegal drugs like Cocaine or heroin, trafficking of mere quantity of such hard drugs, even street running, gets a a jail term and some states jail terms are severe.
And so if one can get free from drug running by forfeiture of assets like money or otherwise without going to jail, I wonder why many homies in Harlem, New York, Brooklyn etc watch their back.
