As she said, you never know what people are dealing with. I remember when people were saying the same things about the black panther guy's weight loss too, not knowing he was silently battling cancer. Ariana's own might not be cancer, it might be that she had to change her diet because of a non terminal disease...it could be GERD, it could be diabetes, it could be anything...you can never know what people are dealing with.
