Hello nlanders. I created this topic to know if Tinubu will appear in the witness box over his drug case currently at the tribunal. what do you think?

He once appeared in the witness box over his asset declaration failure at Nigeria's CCT.

My question is because whoever the DEA sends as a witness to testify here will not be cross-examined without the accused present. I'm not sure Tinubu will like to be put on the spot like that, it might embarrass him.

No he cant cus of immunity.....He appeared on CCT then because he was not a governor anymore

a lot of delusional illiterates on nairaland. There is no open drug case on him, where have you seen DEA coming to testify in Nigeria The constitution says for a period of 10 years you cant contest. This was 30 years ago. Obi lost end of story. Lets try again in 2027. All this is senseless

Dude placed Yakubu and the CJN there before the elections.

Is these the 1st time the case is being tried in Nigeria court, whats new? what Obi lawyers dugged out that obasanjo & Gani Fawemhim didn't tender in court.
