When has the United States ever handed over her citizens to a foreign nation?

In practice, extradition treaties with the United States work in only one direction. Such treaties should be revoked by the other country.
However, in this particular case, it was Canada and probably also South Africa, that extradited Nigerian citizens. We did not even hear of any extradition trial. This is sad.

Every nation needs to get out of that treaty with America because i am very sure that treaty is one sided.
