Politics has nothing to do with the true God but it's not easy to convince someone who thought God is in control of the affairs of men on this planet presently.

Today the system of government most people are promoting is called "DEMOCRACY" this means the government of the people (majority) by the people (majority) and for the people (majority)
So most politicians prefer being Muslims since that is the one and only religion they can use to brainwash people into fighting for them.
But gradually many are waking up from the deception as Muslims are fighting against their fellow Muslims all in the name of supporting a Muslim to rule over them.
Now in places where people think out of the box it's difficult to brainwash them into voting for someone due to religious reasons that's why islamists are going everywhere to kill those who aren't Muslims yet when it's about a Muslim candidate against another Muslim candidate the gullible voters become confused!

Islam liberated, not subjugated women. That guy (Kawu Garba) may be an opposition figure, Nigerian politicians are good at taking people aback. Please go and check the status of women before the coming of Islam. Even in the so-called developed world, the status of women was and is known to all. With over 250 years of America's democracy, still, a woman is far from becoming a US president. Conversely, women have headed the governments of Indonesia (the most populous Muslim country in the world), and Pakistan (the strongest Muslim military) and a woman is presently heading the government of Bangladesh. In Nigeria, there's a region that killed female twins; wives are forced to drink the water used to wash the corpse of their husbands or walk over a corpse just to prove their innocence; in the same region women do not inherit their husbands' property, in fact, they too are inherited, and there's a thin line between giving to birth to a woman and a taboo... What do you have to say?
