This is nice. It is a sign of courage to admit it when you are wrong and I applaud him for that. At least this is him admitting to breaking the UK laws.

Mr Obi should please go extra mile by being courageous enough to admit that he lied on the 'Yes Daddy Religious war' audio leak and withdraw the lie that he has instructed his lawyers to sue Gazette. That will help shore up his credibility in the eyes of patriotic Nigerians who believe that he lies a lot. His rhetoric of New Nigeria can not be built on lies by a liar so he needs to answer the perception that he lies a lot.

The media should get us info on the UK laws he broke so we can know how severe it is. If it is still drug crime related as rumoured, that will take more than twitter confession o.

Look at the common criminal now coming out to confess after spending 2weeks in UK prison.

This man is a pathological liar. I pray his children don't inherit his lines habit.

He was caught smuggling cochineal into the UK and here he is preaching the word of God.

Bloody liar and terorists.

Always talking rubbish.

Youths like you who reading through their anuses are the reason PMB called youths lazy. At your yeye small age, your infantile brain tells you that everyone traffics cocaine?

Anyway you have never ventured out of your tiny one room enclave, so you do not know how proper nations work. If you knew, you would follow leaders who you can hold accountable and not some past gangsters, who hold you by the jugular permanently and enslave you.

Adamu, where did he mention UK?

Where was he arrested, detained and deported from recently? Ghana? Mali? UK?

It’s unfortunate when folks like you guys try to disingenuously stand logic on its head by feigning ignorance over what is obvious even to the blind. Obi was arrested in the UK and Nigerians have been calling on him to come clean with details of his arrest. His tweet is a cryptic response to the calls and we don’t need an interpreter to tell us what he’s trying to say. If it is not UK laws that he’s referring to, can you tell us exactly the country he’s referring to? Which country’s law did he break unintentionally?

Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate that lost the last presidential election to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has finally reacted to his arrest, detention and deportation from the UK during the last Easter celebration. In a series of tweet on his verified Twitter handle, Mr. Peter Obi claimed he made mistakes as a human being and did not intentionally violate the laws of UK.

Peter Obi is nothing but a rogue and a liar. He started the thread by claiming falsely that he has a mandate to reclaim and then went around accusing some imaginary forces and old order of fighting him through land, air and sea only to quietly admit at the last tweet that he actually made mistakes and did not break the law intentionally. He conveniently ignored the lies shared by his campaign spokesman that he was impersonated by someone who was given a passport by FG.

That’s exactly how crooks operate anyway. They blame others, blame imaginary opponents, claim what they never had, deceive their base with lies while knowing all to be false.

I’m glad this crooked character never found his way to Aso Rock. It would have been a disastrous four years of lies, falsehood, propaganda, blaming others and never taking responsibility for anything.

I knew this Pandora is a fraud.
Someone that supervise fund of the criminal like Dansuki. The money passes through the bank that obi has 60per Fidelity...

Allison Madueke series of billion dollars passes through Fidelity, under his supervisor, he's helping them to siphon money to foreign account.

We knew how he diverted Anambra money to personal account Fidelity...bank..

So many igbos that condemn obi during his tenure in Anambra were quiet cos of Igbo agenda..

None of the Political parties r saint..

Why I loathe obi n his supporters, they were claiming obi is immaculate while other aspirant are corrupt.

But obi was part of Nigeria rot in Pdp for 8yrs. Now claiming new bird in Labour party...now obi had scattered the party, labour party that produce governor in Mimiko in Ondo state.

Your drug lord that did not carry cocain forfeited cash to the US government. This one wey you say carry cocaine enter UK, but he is free, only held up for few hours. No court summons, no bail, no conviction, yet he was caught with cocain in the UK. You sef suppose don get sense na. Even the people wey send you don forget this lie as e no work, them dey cook another thing for Peter Obi. But you never get the memo. Try dey get sense.

He should actually come clean about what happened in UK.

By the way, I think Mr Obi should talk/tweet less than necessary.

I can't remember Atiku or Tinubu ever talking since after the elections. Great men know when to go "low-key", talk less and strategize.

The more you talk or try to explain, the more "guilty" you appear.

He doesn’t have to specifically mention UK law, I can infer it from his tweet since the burning issue is his recent arrest and deportation from the UK.
I think you are being mischievous if not out right delusional by this your response. By 'infer,' you are assuming that PO is referring to UK arrest? This is preposterous.
