An insider confided with me that they have not been using their drivers and bus again but third party agents who brings deliveries 2 times a month.
It's so abnormal.

They contracted logistics to another 3rd party after COVID (probably COVID happened to their pre-covid partner), that's where their wahala started. Their recent partnership with Speedaf doesn't help in anyway. I'm not sure of 2x a month but their logistics is really bad now. They don't even do cargo anymore.
I only hope new govt will revive that establishment; it's a money making establishment if well managed.

Delivery/arrival time depends on your location and effectiveness of your PO officials. Some POs won't notify you of your package since it's unregistered. Keep checking every fortnight.

depends on your location. My Sunyou package got to Nigeria facility Feb 3 I just got it in Ibadan last week

Just now I got another message from Klasha that one can now withdraw only to a bank account in your name alone and nothing more. So, withdrawal is only in a bank in your name alone. Nice one from Klasha!

Of course they do. Every major bank in the country has a prepaid dollar card for international transactions as normal naira cards have been banned from making purchases outside Nigeria.

Unless you're someone who buys in bulk, don't try UBA prepaid card. Their annual maintenance fee alone is 19usd, chargeable at black market rate. I had to dump mine after funding it once.

After filling each box, always click on next/done on your keypad, it's located at the bottom right of your keypad on your phone, keep doing that after filling each box till the last box, when you click next/done too, it'll highlight the 'Continue' button

I used chipper dollar card to order something on AliExpress around February, but the thing hasn't been delivered and I opened dispute, my dispute is approved but chipper cash has deactivated my dollar card due to inactivity, pls what do for the refund to be able to appear in my chipper
