I know I'm posting this in the wrong section,but I need to get answers from you guys,I'm doing a survey and I need your help....
Here's the Question = If you want to buy a property and you don't have enough funds at hand,would you prefer to pay installmentaly or save up and buy at once instead? Thanks guys.

when you pay in installments you ultimately pay more for that item...so the important question IS: are you so desperate that you cannot wait until you get all the money, and instead rather pay more for that item?!?

if you are paying in installments you are exposed to more risks like scam,misbehaviour,etc,but if you pay outright you take the property immediately,but you may be surprised to pay for some years and see another person in possession of the property

It depends on your flow of incomes, if it's a steady flow of income

It depends on the agreement you will have with the agent or the owner base in the terms and conditions

It also depends on if you will forfeit the property and your money if you default base on your payment plans

Will you pay half and pay the complete payment after about six months or one year or you are paying monthly installments

But I think you should save up to 80% of the money then make attempt

Remember to involve a lawyer as their may be issues later due to economic factors
