Russia’s security concern they proposed back in 2021 is well warranted, that’s the whole point of diplomacy. They had an issue with NATO, and wanted to talk about it, the reply they got from this man was.. it’s out of the question and a Non starter.
And Btw your point is? Since it’s the 21st century, countries are not allowed to dialogue and make peace?

You should know that the main target of NATO is Russia and other countries like China. Why would NATO accept terms and conditions that will harm their plans of taking down Russia. I expect you to know that any move by the west to broker a deal to address Russia's security concern is a mask behind which there is no face. You should expect NATO to be hostile towards Russia.
