Notice how the map is almost in order of physical size of each region. From south east to south south to south west. If this stat for instance was between Russia and Britain. Britain will come out as pooreer just like the south east because the preogative is the physical size of the are. Britain will have more poorer people per square kilometers despite having overall Less poorer people because in Russia the poor are more spread out.

Every single unemployed person in UK receives free housing and a biweekly cheque of £170 from which they can take care of their personal responsibility. Yes not all northerners are poor , but mehn I’ve never seen(until I got to the north ) a situation where u are eating in a mama put/buka and u have small boys with bloodshot eyes waiting on u to remove ur hands from the food so they can pick up the plate and devour whatever remains. They don’t even mind if it’s just one morsel left, they will fight over who will get ur plate , swallow the morsel and lick the plate join.

What we should be discussing is looking at the root cause of these level of poverty ; population overgrowth , etc . No be everything be politics . The people fighting on Twitter defending the north is not poor or saying it’s an insult to them being told the truth just do not like how the sounds. Their governors and politicians have said the same thing about the level of poverty in the north , but I guess the internet-using northerners think otherwise .

They are comfortable while at it, it's only in same north you will see man with no source of income having 3-4 wives and football team number of children depending on the stipend one alhaji will give him.
