GRV origin can not be proven that he's a Yoruba...Being a Lagosian doesn't mean he's a Yoruba. There are Indians, Lebanese, etc that have settled in Lagos for decades. They are Lagosians. What worked against GRV were his antecedents, utterances, and dispositions to issues. That's why Yoruba see him as someone that will never protect their interests. If you were in Lagos, you will know Ambode nearly killed APC in Lagos and the party members refused to vote for him in the primary election.

There is no difference between Indians, Lebanese, and igbos in Lagos...My ancestral land is Lagos..okay because you are all immigrants in our territory.Yorubas in far away Togo, Benin Republic to Brazil gets level past Igbos in Yorubaland because we share many things in common., unlike Igbos...Nothing joined Yorubas and Igbos together not even borders. If you make your money in a particular state, it's a must you pay tax there. For you to change that, tell your igbo brothers to move their businesses to other states where they wish to be remitting their taxes.
Leave Oluomo matter with the Yorubas. Yorubas can't deny Oluomo origin, unlike GRV...As if there are no touts in other states.
