After using like almost 12 banks I can easily say the pros and cons of most banks in nigeria. With stanbic and union when you have issues there social media handle especially there Twitter handle is quick to response, when it comes to there Mobile app both Mobile apps are one of the best if not the best, transfers are instant and mobile apps loads fast especially stanbic and mostly they don't have network problem, I even have access to loans on both Mobile app. I have been using stanbic for more than 3 years now , i can count the number of times i have been to there bank cos no need i just message them on Twitter, my union account got blocked for crypto related issue.
