My dream Job of Six years suddenly becomes a nightmare all thanks to the new boss.

Boss so toxic, he could the the Devil a run.

Just, "Good morning sir", he will never answer you not to talk of looking at you.

It's as if I'm in the very wrong place and it's affecting my wellbeing too.
I've become a sad Nigga and my woman is gone too.

Whenever someone asks me " How was work today"?! I will just reply " Terrible".

It's never a good day at work.

But, all those shit are about to change cos I'ma Change my mind.

Nice piece
But, that solution is not applicable for all toxic working environment. Especially where people are being under paid and being harass by comments of toxic bosses.

For your mental health, its better one quit.

Some solution to many of those toxic places is LEAVING

I hate my job. The work load is much and the pay is too small plus the tfare is a killer.

I had been privileged to have had the best and sound-minded employers and bosses since after high school not until very recently that I made the worst decision in my career.

I took up an appointment to work in a former first lady's organization and that is where I ever got to experience the hell of heartless bosses/employers.
