Lagos vs Rivers------- Lagos state is more developed. Lagos state has many developed cities like Lagos city, Ikeja, Lekki, Eko Atlantic, Ikorodu, Epe, Badagry etc unlike Rivers with just Port Harcourt, Bonny and Eleme. More better cities are in Lagos than Rivers if we do the rating

No doubt the first two are in the top 3 cities in Akwa Ibom and are very nice but Osun state has more cities in the top 10 than Akwa Ibom if we do the rating of both cities.
