Rainy season never start, Lagos state roads don already become flooded. I wonder what will happen by June/July. Na im be say the whole place will be submerged under water. grin

That place is so overrated. No proper functional drainage channels, yet they claim to be a world class city.

I know flooding is not peculiar to Nigeria but I believe ours is preventable to an extent......However, the masses do not help issues by packing the drainage ways with dirty and the government unwilling to construct proper drainage channels. Lagos is far ahead of other states in terms of infrastructural development but most of the areas in its mainland would be considered a slum in comparison to major cities of the world, even in Africa.
