Most MDAs should be handed to contractors and consultants to run. We are just playing till we restructure the country and re position it for efficiency.

The leaking roof would have been a 100,000 naira problem , but they will let it degenerate to a 1billion renovation contract.

There's nothing a World Bank loan cannot solve, a Federal Executive Council meeting cannot handle and greedy government contractors will not pass.
