Lagos State number plate doesn't take cognizant that a vehicle can be packed for years without being on the road. You don't have to pay for licenses when the car is off-road for one year.

Lagos law that only recognises papers issued in Lagos. They behave as if they are a sovereign country on their own. You get your paper outside the state, they tell you those are not recognised and keep keeping your paper expired.
