You can be on the side of truth and appear as an asshole. He achieves that more than the issues he advocates for gets resolved.

Most of the social and political issues he makes noise about end up being JUST NOISE. There are no resolutions to them. It’s more like achieving a storm to pass through a farming community instead of getting steady rainfall over time.
