Did he win the Primaries? How can you win a general election without first clinching the party's ticket?

I am only responding to the false claim that only Tinubu can ensure that power return to the south

There have been other southern presidents before Tinubu and there will be after him

I think Tinubu has proven the hypothesis and confirmed the assertion. Atiku came second... meaning, the South narrowly escaped.

Osinbajo is a peaceful and intellectually sound man, I listened to his viral lecture on prejudices in Nigeria and I gave him a standing ovation. Tinubu is lack lustre and that's why the country is not seeing any positive changes before he assumes office meaning that he is simply Buhari Pro Max

Osinbajo political portfolio wouldn't have survived contesting against Atiku and likes.

Not true. GEJ defeated Atiku group.
The GRACE IS DIFFERENT, he had more Experiences and stronger competence at that moment, he had became Governor, Vp, acting President before CONTESTING against ATIKU. the TRUTH IS APC WOULD HAVE LOST WOEFULLY if OSINBAJO went head to head to likes 👍 TRUST ME, the EXTENSIONS HANDS TINUBU HAVE WITH 6 GEOPOLITICAL region especially NC,NE,NW Osinbajo 🔋 battery +power powerBank no fit carry am.

Osinbajo was sidelined by Buharideens for Tinubu in their elusive dream for a Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal laws.
Buharideens planned to use old and obviously demented Tinubu as a mannequin in Aso Rock, while they use Shettima to employ Nigeria 🇳🇬 armed forces to silence Nigerians to accept Islamic sharia criminal justice system all over the states of Nigeria.

One of the earliest demands of Alhaji Tanko Mohammed appointed Chief Justice of Nigeria by president Buhari was for Islamic Sharia criminal justice system be included in Nigeria's Constitution.
In 2001, Buhari vowed before a large crowd of Muslims in Kaduna that he will not relent until Islamic Sharia criminal laws are applied in all the states of Nigeria.

It's Buhari fault.

There is no way Osinbajo can't come up with a plan to win the primaries if he chose Osinbajo. Buahri just takes advice from dullard he surrounded himself with.

The problem with Osinbanjo is that he is a technocrat.

In the African political setting, technocrats are appointed to make the politicans look good. As per actual power, anytime a technocrat tries to rise above his station...the politicans will show them who be baba.

As an example...see Mohammed El Baradei of Egypt and Jean Ping of Gabon , when both of them, after years of being distinguished international technocratic leaders, tried to become leaders of their country. That's when the domestic politicans showed them who be baba, who dey run street. Both were made to look insignificant.

Yes, technocrats can be good politicians. Tinubu, surprisingly, is one of them, Ayade (Professor for several years) of Cross River is another, Ganduje of Kano (two Masters, one PhD,) and Kwankwaso (FNSE, distinguished engineer), is another. But all of them long since left their technocratic field and have completely converted into typical tough talking Nigerian politicians.

If you are a technocrat and they appoint you as Ministar of Petra oleum or Vee Pee 2, always recite Robert Greene's Rule 1 before going to bed and waking up every morning, make enough kudi to last you two hundred years, and get the eff out when your time is up. Don't even effing try to be top dog...unless you want to spend the next twenty years carrying one illiterate's breifcase before dem consider you for councillor of Kule dey dei LGA.

His party did not choose him, and he did not do the spadework at all to get enough support.

Once Tinubu got several strategic governors in his pocket, the deal was sealed.

Yeah, a dream race would have been Osibanjo for APC vs Obi for PDP. But the sad thing is, wishes can't be horses. Also, upper class and middle class technocrats always lose out when it is time to play politics in Nigeria. SLS is also another good example.
you’re the only one in that fp that have sense, which Nigeria? Nigeria is now APC that denies him ticket i never know sanusi can talk rubbish like this and am very sure he said this because of how close ganduja is to Tinubu which means nothing for him

SLS, how are you sure about that? I beg, rest.

I know that this talk is from your lips and not from your heart. If you meant what you said, you wouldn't have waited for Osinbajo's book launch before making this statement. Why didn't you say it before, during, and after the APC's primaries?
The truth is that the muslims are happy about the APC's same-faith candidates, and you are too. So stop the deception. Election has come and gone, and a winner has emerged. Let's move on.
Besides, I decided to comment on this thread because it will likely be needed a year from today to remind some people here of something very important.

There would not have been Obidient movement had APC Chosen Osibanjo to run for them. We would not have been in this selection issue had APC fronted him. It would have been clear Victory for him. For those calling Osibanjo weak, go and check the constitutional powers that you gave your Vice President.

Tinubu is actually better than Osibanjo... So Nigerians gained massively because he never made it to become president.

What did he achieve as VP for 8yrs?
As a Pastor pls point me directly to any statement he made as demons have consistently murdered Christians in the Middle belt especially Southern Kaduna?

During Endsars, where was he when young Nigerians were jailed and even killed because the protested against wicked men in Uniforms?

What has Osibanjo actually done for his people in Ogun State? What are his signature projects? Tradermoni that was used to buy votes in 2015, how far? what can 5k buy in today Nigeria?
I repeat Tinubu is by far better than Osinbajo yet he is the worst thing about to happen to Nigerians

tinubu as leader of his party watched while everything u listed was going on and didn't make I sound or even statement. atleast it wasn't Osinbajo that order the shooting of innocent protesters at lekki toll gate. tinubu and sanwolu will be heald accountable for that atrocity and massacre.

Osinbajo is under his boss and can't speak anyhow bt who is tinubu under thst he was afraid to speak up for Nigerians or the south west? igboho had to speak up for yorubas.
