This life isn't just about making money or playing a fast one on your fellow man just to make money. Good name and reputation is key! When you soil your name, people avoid you, but when people talk good about your person, you attract good men, good biz n things!

It's really funny how people think life is about making money while ruining your name, people don't even think about what the future holds.

Go and ask them, I had close over 10m naira deal with them since then till now.

For my personal mechanic I still took him for a job on the island some weeks ago for a 2015 C300 where I paid him over a 100k who he used to sort his accommodation issue which has been pending for over a year now.

Lying won't take you anywhere bro, you might be profiting frm it now but you will definitely regret it.

Or have you forgotten how you were telling running your mouth like someone that has diarrhea tell me the car is this, it's that

Look at him trying to seek for validation πŸ˜‚ na cheap validation dey make him prick strong.

Swear with you life you told me the car was 650k, swear with your family if he sure for you.

He told me the car was 800k (straight from owners mouth) after 800k payment, he said I was going to settle him 50k.
I told him he should talk to the owner to reduce it to 750 so I can settle him with 30k but he refused and told me it was 800k last the owner was doing to sell it.

I didn't know your hoodlum the king of liar wasn't the one the car was dropped it and it was with the mechanic but he was trying to outsmart the guy. He went behind the guys back to call the owner and he was trying to under pay the mechanic.

The mechanic was even going to sell it for 750k without settlement which I didn't know till after payment.

After I paid king of liar told the mechanic I paid him 750k just because he wanted to short pay the guy which I didn't even know what was going on, the guy came to meet me and he asked me how much I paid and I told him 800k, the guy wanted to beat hoodlum (fool) una guy come dey look for weapon.

But that was already too late I have made 800k payment and also paid 30k before I got to know that the actual price owner dropped it was 650k but felix added 150k to made it 800k and was still asking me for settlement of 50k.

The guys (mechanic and his friend) where very angry and Felix was angry because I told them I bought the car for 800k, why was he angry ?? He was angry because he was trying to outsmart them despite the fact that them be padi

he was saying he needs the money to pay for his kids school fee πŸ˜‚ all your 10m deal where the gain ?? All of the clout and lies.

Since he couldn't get me to pay the 20k, he went to tell the mechanic to be charging me double saying I have money.

I understand where you're coming from but if you indeed agreed to pay him 50k commission, then you're owing him 20k.

The amount the actual owner wants to sell the car is none of your business. You could have looked for the car yourself. Agents try to do this all the time. It's not morally right but I'm no moral police. Business is business

I have a land I've been trying to sell and one of the reasons I'm finding it difficult is because agents are inflating the price despite the fact that we have an agreed commission. I have no choice or I can try to sell it myself. If you tell an agent to sell a house for 5m for instance, the agent will put it at 5.5m and if he's lucky to pull it off, the extra 500k is his notwithstanding the commission you already agreed to pay him.

This is likely not what you want to hear but it is what it is.

Okay.... Episode 1

First of... I wish my phone wasn't stolen I would have dig out how you first came to me but thank God my memory is not as poor as yours that forget even so easily.

Now let's go down to story.

On that fateful day you called me that my guy here I wouldn't want to involve anybody in this so I won't call names, wants to sell a dead car to you which you fell is not good enough and above your budget. You're already thinking of how to borrow money to add to the 1m naira you have to buy from him. Right?

I'm a lier okay I agree but pls attend to all my questions ooh let's lie this lies together. Lol...

I them told you, that guy you mentioned now is a good guy I've done several businesses with him but since your money is not up to what he's offering you simply explain to him. I went on to advise you that it doesn't make sense to borrow money to buy a naija used car for transportation purpose right? Instead cut your coat according to your cloth. Right?

Prior.to this... Mechanic called me to come check a C200K available for sale, I'd just walked into their workshop when your call came in... At this point I'd not even check the car at all. I told you right? Yes or not?

I them ask you to call me back that I was somewhere to check a car for sale and from the looks it fits your budget.

I checked the car, invited my personal rewire to help me check what the problem was with the car and he charged me 10k... I also called a different mechanic to confirm state.of engine and gear because the gear was not selecting beyond gear 1.... Dis I tell you how much I spent doing all of that? Did mechanic gave me money to do all.of these? No!!! I did all of these because I take every client from this thread as family so I've to go the extra mile to get them something good.

After doing my inspection and evaluation I called my main electrician the man who concerted my car and reprogrammed everything that you'd hardly know my car was a converted car. I sent him the fault codes from of my inspection and he told me what he needs to do to make the car work perfectly and the amount.

I called you back and told you how much the car is selling for despite you telling me your budget, N1m N800k net.

I'll guild you step by step till the car is balance and okay for you... Right? I even told you I'll introduce you to my person mechanic for periodic fixing that will be pocket friendly. Right?

If I was a bad person like I'm now I'd told you the car Is selling for 1m net if you like buy if you like no buy because I would have bought that car then and then fixed it up and resell it to you at a higher cost. But no I didn't do that... I still considered you because (1) you told me how you'd suffered to raise the N1m you'd then and (2) because of where we all came from.

I forward went ahead to tell you my settlement outside all.of these is 50k and you said no problem. Right?

... Episode 2...

I asked you to come with your mechanic for inspection... It's my modus operandi. Come with your mechanic for inspection so you won't have me to blame later. Despite haven done my personal inspection and scanning.

Next day you came with one our you relative who you said was your uncle and a mechanic. I drove the car and meet you guys up at the bus stop. He saw the car... The body was 100% first body with just a minor dent at the back fender it won't take panel and painter more than 10k.to fix. The interior is leather, clean and neat. Owner just installed new compressor, condenser and every ac system before deciding to sell it off. Infact ac gas was still in the system.if I'm not mistaken. Right??

The only problem the car had was that the owner took the car to a car wash and washed the engine... Genesis of his problem... Charging alternator started giving him problem and then the car started vibrating, and the gear won't go beyond 1. He'd tried all he could to no avail so he decided to give the car to his dealer brother to sell for him.

Mr. Rowland being the owner brought in that car from Germany himself a year before so the car was still in it tokunbo state. He used the same car to his home town Benin I n getting back from the rough trip was when he decided to wash the engine. Not knowing he was in for trouble! Trouble!! Trouble!!!

Y'all can see he went from 650k to 800k after I have exposed him πŸ˜‚ why do you love lie ?? Are you related to lai Mohammed ?? I remember how you were calling your mechanic telling him that I refused to pay you 20k balance that I am a bad person.

You forgot to mention the punch you chop was due to your foolishness thinking you are smart.

Regarding what you posted earlier, I have our chat and I am not like you that's suffering from severe memory lost. The little change you had you still added lies to it haba!!! Guy no never won repent ?? When did I said Tojah wanted to sell a bad car ??.

For every lie that comes out of your mouth there is a counter lie to cover it up, aint you tired ??

He reach to post evidence you talk say phone don lost smh.

Hope you remember when you said you can't guarantee the fault that could be wrong with Tojahs car but you have a cheaper and better one
It's just funny how you still have the audacity to lie effortlessly saying to brought mechanic and rewire and paid both 10k each baba no be so life be, you go don shit all the money way you collect finish by now.

Even that your friend that took us in his car was highly disappointed in your behavior. You lied to the mechanic that the car was brought to his stand you sold it for 750 whereas it was another amount you sold it for. Then you decide to short change him.

Even the rewire you recommended was zero and you can ask victor to confirm if I lied about that.

This same you called victor to request a cut from the first fixing I did with him.

People on this forum held you on a high pedestal but after what you did, I concluded you don't deserve it and I wanted to expose you for the kind of person you are. A greed lair.

You even have the courage to talk about curse πŸ˜‚ you way your teeth giran. Abeg Getat

For property... It's 5% commission each from both buyer and seller which is a combine 10% commission for all the agents involve. It's hardly being loaded.

For car dealership it's kind of tricky

Some times 2eldge sword

Some times one side way

Some times open deal to all parties involved which is after an understanding btw buyer and agents/dealers...but because of the long chain in car dealership everybody likes to be alone.

Property and car are similar but slightly different

Now, you and your uncle checked the car and satisfied it okay and you were ready to effect payment after agreeing to the price @800k.

You paid 800k to me as the dealer in charge who do you expect to pay to before?.

I called seller sir I want to effect payment but b4 I do I need to see the custom papers and other original documents. Prior to this I'd already confirmed the authentic owner of the car from the CMR document to know if he truly gave the mechanics the car to sell for him. This is the normal thing to do unless you'd expected me to buy a stolen vehicle.

How I got owner's contact is not your business, how much I pay owner is neither you business, how much I settle my mechanic and other dealers involved is also not you business. Your business is, inspect pay and carry your car.

But because you think you're smart you wanted to poke noise into other people's business so you wanted to know everything.

After calling owner, he said I should send money to him first before he brings the documents to our location. We were standing at the bus stop and rain had already started. I was beaten by the Rian in that very day all because of this your stupid car of how much.

I thought of it, how will this man want me to send money to him without having to see the documents. After much front and back he came from his house to meet us at the bus stop right??

He didn't come with the custom papers but only with the car papers. He came up with the story of how he couldn't find the custom papers. The elderly man was stranded that very day. I'd to pay his way to and fro that very day because I told him I can't proceed with payment since he does t have the custom papers.

Before all of these due to the running around from one point to another my car developed a fault. You, your mechanic uncle and other guys helped pushed it to a street where the car slept, right?

Now, it was still raining in all of these ooh... You, your mechanic uncle and myself had to take shelter under a shade. You then asked me what I think should happen because your mechanic uncle had already told you the car is okay... I them suggested to you I'll give you a brilliant ideal concerning the custom right? I was ready to do it for you free of charge.

You said okay. That tomorrow you'll come back to finalize the process .... That after all where are you even travelling to self that the last time you went out of Lagos was about 2 yrs ago... that even you have not even finish learning how to drive well, you can't ply the high way so what business do you have going outside lagos. We find shed discussing and made plans for the next day payment.
You then said. I should transfer back your money to you... I was like since you're coming back tomorrow to effect payment why not.... Okay okay okay...let go to an ATM and do the transfer... How much be your money... Abeg carry your money dey go... Shuu!!! Bank had close at this point.

We tried UBA didn't work, we tried my bank didn't work... You Started thinking otherwise,... I was just looking at you... You stressed the living hell out of life the entire day all because of how much?

Finally, It was the bank security that discovered that the strip at the back of my card had torn reason why I can't make use of an ATM that only a POS machine can do the job... My banking app was restricted to only 100k daily transfer limit... You saw everything right??

Went proceed to a POS spot and right there we effected the transfer with charges.
Did I charge you money for stamp duties? No!
Did I collect money from you for moving around all through out that day? No!
Did I collect money from you to pay for my little hospitality? No!
Money for change of ownership and all that did I ask you for a dine? No!
My car was parked somewhere, I still had to go back home because we had gone far away from my house to carry out that transaction that very night.

You left that night. The next morning as early as 9am you called me that you where already at the car waiting for me to make payment that you'd already discussed with you family members and they've advised you to go ahead with purchase. Small boy who can't make decisions for himself and you call yourself a man... Foolish boy... I really regretted meeting and ever helping you.

On the matter on ground... I feel we should all be adults and mature folks here. Entertainment can be fun and therapy for boredom, but all these dirty stuffs can be trash offline. Who is right or wrong at points like this does not really matter as different monikers will always have different view.

I understand Fasasi1 pain. You were ignorant at some point and wish Felicity could guide you honestly, but he is out for business. I said honestly in sense of relative. I always tell people in business it is not all money you will bag. Your brand matter, because that what people see and not the excuses. If I am a tailor and it will take 3 yards to perfect your clothe, if you give me 2 yards? Nah, I won't put my prints or brand on such.

Both of you can man up, meet and find restitution where it matter. No point of one person acting smart over the other. Fasasi1 you sold the car at 730 to another person to carry on with the problem and felt is not your fault. Someone trade with you using fake money. You were bittter about it and wish the person all manner of evil. They ask you where's the money? You said you've spent it. What's the difference between you and the person in question? Let's big up bosses
