I called owner that we are ready to make payment and he said he will never come out again because he felt embarrassed the previous day since I gave him my word that if he comes out he was going to get paid... Which is actually what I did but I made him understood it was because of the duties that is missing my client needed time to make his decision there was no way I would have proceeded with payment without his approval. Now, when I left the 3 of you, Mr. Rowland called his dealer brother who he gave the car to sell for him to come collect the keys from the mechanic himself since he was the one that handed the car to them to help do some minor fix in it before he sells it off. That was how they happened to know the car was for sale. They knowing I use the same car for Uber and I'm also into car dealership because we have been doing business together they them called me to come that there is a car like my own available for sale. I asked them to snap and send the pictures to me. They did but the car was so dirty, I'd to send them 3k to wash it very well that you were coming the next day. You didn't have an slight idea the length I went to sell that car, non of you including them knew the stress I'd to go through. All you know is I sold car to you above the owner's price... B4 nkor? Now after all the set and done... I finally transferred an extra 30k to the mechanics because they said the 50k I gave to them b4 was not enough that I was supposed to pay to them and not to the owner of the car... But you guys asked me to pay to him naw that it's his brother that gave you the car to help him fix. Okay no problem. I gave them in total 80k. I gave the dealer (Mr. Rowland's brother) 30k as initially agreed btw him and myself and I gave the area guy 30. How much remain? 80+30+30= 140k That was how I shared the 150k Why would you feel cheated?? Was the car a bad car? Do I have to disclose my business to you? Now, I already told you the next day call me let's start the repair process, but meanwhile, help me drop my mechanic along the way since he's going towards the same area you guys are going to and just for breakdown since the car is not really sound he will assist. I never knew you already had it in mind to swindle me or my hard labour and never to pay me my balance of 20k because I was practically left with no other cash on me that day to pay him for workmanship so you then transferred 30k instead of the 50k wed already agreed. You claim to have our chat history right... And you said you never agreed to the 50k pls can you be kind enough to also screen the part where we discussed about it. I shared my experience on how a rider stole my phone on the first... I was surprised I just laughed and he begged me to forgive you and ignore you. It was only the brain box he changed and every thing started working fine. My mechanic whom you didn't know at all since you decided to deal with him directly since you believe I've introduced you to him by asking you to drop him off, what do you expect of him? Mechanics will always be a mechanic him done see you say u be mumu wey no know anything na so you expect him not to eat you? Fuul... Shebi you say you smart? He was telling me everything back to back even how you drove the car with a burnt gasket all the way from shomolu to Trinity, poor thing never new car was over heating that was how you burnt the head gasket, damage the oil coolant, how you were crying you don't have money always begging for free workmanship and how you gave him the car to sell for you. And how long the car was with him... For almost 1 month and how you finally came and pick up the car and when you sold it. My mechanic toks me everything. At some point I told him to stop telling me about your sorry ass. The one that broke the camel's back was when you opened your smelling gutters to say I reaped you off in the sales of the car and how you never intend to pay me the agreed 50k... That was when I knew you're truly a devil encounate, a wicked and heartless human being who will never ever see or meet any good person for the rest of your life that will render help to you. After you told me those words I was vexed in my spirit I then cursed you that the car will frustrate you till you sell it off. You said I'm not God, but who is now having the last laugh? Me or you? For your information, the dealer that bought that car fixed it up and sold it for 1.5m. can you see how stupid you are. Tell me how much 750k can buy you? Haven't you finished the money now? Now, owu don dey blow you or you probably didn't not see who will help you buy another cheap car again... Instead of you to swallow your pride and come back to beg your master you're there still fooling your self around... I pity you! You'll suffer! The blood that came out of my body as a result of the fight I had because of you it dropped on the ground, that blood will go against you. God has been faithful and honestly I'm grateful to Him because I'm not where I used to be. Unlike b4 I would still been on the road either move Lagos or heading back home or at lekki waiting for a ride to mainland. But today I can sit at home, play with my kids, discuss with my wife for 1week, 2 weeks or 1 month even if I don't go out money is coming into my aza Before if I don't drive a day I won't eat or drink my usual one bottle. But today the story has changed. Infact I'd parked my car for like 3 weeks now... To drive these days self dey.tire me. When was the last time I visited my mechanic? I can't remember. I've peace of mind. God has been faithful. The 2015 Benz I talked about here the other day the client sent the money to my aza to buy for her 14 meter... It was in my aza for 4 days... After purchase car was under my custody for 3 days for minor fixing... Rea..... I bought a C180 for last year he sent 1m plus to owners aza without knowing me for 24hrs, he doesn't know my house neither does he know anything about me. It was one of my humble beginnings in the hustle, he didn't follow me to buy the car... I went all on my own alone to gberigbe to buy the car for. Due to inexperience then I didn't even know there was no condenser in the car self... Ac was a total wreck... I felt really sad when he had to spend over 120k fixing the ac changing compressor twice.b4 the ac started.working fine. The owner gave me 30k and I told him about it yet he still gave me the agreed settlement despite knowing the seller settled my 30/20k... That's a man of integrity Each time he calls me to ask questions how to go about some things n I always do in my little experience the once I know not I ask others who know better than I do... Cars are machine, even the once you use for home to children's school back will still show you something at times let alone with the once that ply the road everyday, that put food on your table, you bought at a dealers price.. It will make no sense for to start mentioning how people have entrusted their property worth millions into my care, or numbers of deals worth millions... I don't need to go into that. Even our Lord Jesus even though you FASASI2 (Faruque) don't believe in Him but you and I know that to be a true Islam he have to believe in Him (Isa) that's what Islam call him, yet not everyone liked him, even he was hated by his brothers... That is too say, you can't please everybody no matter how right outside or holy you're. Even God his holiness and kindness and greatness the one you call Allah, we still have a lot of men whom he created in his own image that don't like him. So who am I to beg you or worship you to like me, respect me or see me as a holy man. Or did I tell you I'm more holy than Pope191 or the Blacknishop? TippuTip: Just like I stated earlier, when it comes to property, in most cases it's direct and straight f orward. Now, there was I a property I was involved in the sales... N180m box... Somewhere in Ikeja... But the direct mandate inflated the amount to 200m. Nigerians will price even a dead body even when you ask them to take it for free they ask you to add one to it. Now to final selling price after bargain was 185m. Seller had already told his lawyer he needed 180m.for the property and the lawyer had made it clear to him he will be settling 5% to agents... It's a norm in the business. Mind you buyer and his lawyers are unaware of this change or addition in price and buyer don't need to go and be asking seller behind how much he actually put it up for sale... That's nonsense... Na poor people like FASASI1 dem dey do all those nonsense. They paid and also paid 5% to agents. Seller gave his 5% of the 180m and also released the extra 5m to the agent because it's their money, they worked for it out of bargain.. they and the lawyer shared the 5m. It's business nothing wrong in it and everybody went home happy. You needed 180m and to settle 5% and the agent got you what you asked for. Do you know the work agents have to do to sell that property? Each cars or property you sell dealers or agent sell out do you have an idea how long it took them to nurse the client? Do you know what it takes to get what a client wants? Do you know the numbers of disappointment? How much he has spent going here and there? The number of calls and sleepless night? And all of that. I stand to be corrected, no client will on his own just walk into a car dealers shop or unto a property and then have a direct bargain with the owner of the property or car and then make payment. Never! You must have an agent(s) in line who is taking you around in search... The person can be a mechanic, an agent or whatsoever. And, there is every possibility he was referred by somebody to even the mechanic or agent taking him around. Should you have a car stand or a property to sell and you open shop one morning to see one gentle man walk in and point at that very property or car and then go ahead to make payment. Know this for free, that person is a snitch. He probably has gone behind people to buy that very property. Simply because he doesn't want to settle. A lot of evil.abide, you don't know the alters people have behind them, neither do you know the God people serve to propel their business that's why you've to be careful with your dealings with people. Did you and your mechanic inspect the car before paying? 2. Did you know the amount was 800k and agreed to pay based on your accessment of the car with your technician? 3. If you had bought the car at 650k with it's problem as it were, will there be need for anyone being called a liar? 4. Did you agree to pay 50k commission to the agent? Now to the defendant 1. Did you allow him check the car himself before payment? 2. Did you agree on agency fee of 50k? 3. Did you do a after she's follow up on the said car as expected of a seller? 4. I told him I was gonna guild him and help him manage the car till he gains ground... Tell him to post screenshot abeg...lol But he said he felt cheated, I still tried to talk him to see reasons, I explained to him the depth of the business. And how I intended to also be a part of the repairs. But he felt he has finished learning so he decided to go to my mechanic oga at the top to deal with him directly. My mechanic was the one that called me that he just called him asking him to come pick him at Mile2... Begging me to forgive and let things go. I still toks my mechanic to help him fix the car. Since he didn't involve me any longer what do you have me do? Force myself on him? Did he complained the car was bad? No! It was Braun box that was the entire fault of the car and it was change and problem solved. Na me tell am to drive car without studying the temperature? Even when the car went off this stupid boy still started car forcefully and drive it like that till he got the car damaged and now he's coming here to cry fowl. TippuTip: If U say u want to sell ur property for 1m and I bring someone that will buy it for 2m. I will take the extra 1m ontop and the commission u r supposed to give me for facilitating the deal. That is not sharp practice or iligitimate. If I decide to give u something or leave the agency fee that's my discretion. The deal is bring someone that will buy it for a certain amount. Not someone that will come and price it down again o. If u could sell it, u would have sold it. Even in government and in corporate world their are portfolios like that. They help govts get loans, grants and deals from international organisations and foreign countries and they get their cut of it. Even guys that help u negotiate loan forgiveness, still get commission. People that help u calculate your tax still get commission. That's how consulting started 6 Likes |

But it's not of my business what you think that went down that very day. You are just out for the money and you don't care who you throw under the bus in the long run which is actually bad. After the whole business I still called him to ask for price for plate number, I just wanted to use that to see if he will have a change of heart and try to be at least honest but guess what ?? He took the bait and fell yakata 😂 he said he did his own plate number for 60-70k I think, he said his car is tokunbo but for my car that's naija used, I should budget 85k for plate number 😂 ole, he thinks after what went down that very day, I will still patronize him for plate number again God forbid. I later did the plate number for 35k. Keep throwing people under the bus all in the name of business but in the long you will regret it. Big fuu 1 Like |
