Having seen Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu interaction with NESG, I believe we have someone who is prepared for governance in a long, maybe after Yardua.
Note: watch the video with open mind.

Every single polithiefcian in Nigeria will go after the Treasury; they will ALL steal. But some of them like Tinubu will still work to make the country better, while some will steal very big and save the rest to look good while doing nothing for the country and the people. Ain't no saint among them! Know this and know peace.

Tinubu is one of the best governors that ruled Nigeria and that's not debatable but the age factor is a major determinant here, can he

still perform like he did in the past as Lagos state governor and does he have the right people around him to achieve that

I have no issue with him but is he strong enough to take on the stress of 200million Nigerians

The wailers are having contrary opinion.

They have zeroed their minds not to see anything good from incoming administration just as how they wasted 8 years chasing Buhari's shadow

Honestly, Tinubu is no match for Obi and Atiku combined, they have no history of performance anywhere. Anambra State was worse infrastructurally under Obi than when he came in, it took Willie Obiano to start from scratch. What Obi called achievement are just tokenism of saving state's money in his own Fidelity Bank, investing Anambra money in his family's brewery etc. Atiku is only looking for how to revive his declining fortunes which has been nosediving since OBJ hammered him in 2007, he also wanted to empower his children, friends and family members as we got to know in some viral audios weeks to the election. The only person among the contestants who has history of good performance apart from Asiwaju is Kwankwaso. Unfortunately, instead of been firmly established as the strongest politician in Northern Nigeria today, he allowed little skirmishes here and there and lack of patience to send him out of APC, he may not sit on that presidential seat in his lifetime just like Obi and Atiku if care is not taken.

Tinubu is corruption personified

The only governor who built a conduit pipe from the coffers of lagos State treasury to his personal company Alpha Beta, thereby milking the state dry

Tinubu cannot give what he doesn't have

With or without Presidency Tinubu will alway get his share of National cake ...

For an individual that can afford to sponspor governors, senators, president and even presidents outside the country the Essence of Tinubu becoming president is certainly beyond to come steal money

if i can steal your money without coming to your house then if i ever come to your house it is not to steal, maybe just to check your wife out cheesy

The former Governor whose name is synonymous with good governance is Lateef Jakande.

He left the government house in 1984 but till date about 50% of the physical infrastructures in Lagos were built by him. These includes roads, schools, housing estates etc. Most of these infrastructures are in a mess today.

The only other Governor after Jakande who made a difference is Fashola. Lagos was a complete mess when Fashola took over from Tinubu in 2007. Hence in his bid to make Lagosians not loss hope in the government, Fashola came up with the slogan - " Eko oni baje o " which means that " Lagos will not waste away".

He took governance to the rural communities in Lagos and gave them good roads. He started the process of cleaning up Oshodi and other notorious places in Lagos.

It got to a point that Tinubu close allies began jealous of Fashola and they tried to stop him from going for a second term. Kudos to Tinubu that he supportted Fashola for a second term.

Tinubu has no notable achievement in Lagos state. He can only claim of conceiving the idea of projects like Eko Atlantic city and the Lekki seaport. Since he is the godfather of Lagos, no body can argue that with him.

He is the worst elected Governor of Lagos since 1979. His greed has hinder the state from fufiling her potential. Hence Lagos cannot compete with the likes of Johannesboug and Cairo. Lagos has become a local champion that is been compare with other states in Nigeria.
