Ingratitude because it's expected of anyone to show appreciation in every act of kindness towards them no matter how little it is . Based on my understanding, deal breaker should be mutual understanding between people in order to know do and don't.

Gratitude is more like recipocrating gestures you might have done for them . Those who are not ready to show gratitude don't value you.
