Our people can not stick to our region cause the region is part of a centralized federal government of Nigeria , when an illiterate from the north becomes president he rules over all regions not just the north , yes I think the north lacks the intelligence and education to lead a country in this 21th century , if they can't pass simple jamb exams or go to the university to study like everyone , how are they Intelligent?
