'He charged the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, to keep to all his electoral promises to Nigerians'
Tribal narratives are beginning to emerge, even though Bola Tinubu--a Yoruba man has not been elected President. I repeat, Bola Tinubu is not president-elect. He has not met the constitutional requirement to be called president-elect. For the record, Mr. Bola Tinubu got (1) most popular votes, won 24 out of 36 states, got 19% of votes in the Nigerian capital, Abuja instead of 25% as required in the constitution. That fell short of the requirement.

Yorubas are proud of Bola Tinubu. I get that part. But the part i don't get is rushing to make to make Tinubu president in violation of the constitution. That is an invitation for military take over.

What i am waiting to hear:

So, the Nigerian Supreme court will rule that Bola Tinubu did not meet the constitutional requirement and order the runoff between Bola Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar, if the Supreme court has any credibility left. Already, i have seen a rush to discredit the Nigerian supreme court, but i am not joining the effort until it rules on the state of February 25, 2023 presidential election. Meanwhile, please stop describing Bola Tinubu as president elect, ASAP.

He doesn't understand yet

By the time he leaves

His whole family will bear the shame

Posterity will judge them

Look at how Umaru Yaradua
Was remembered and celebrated yesterday even in death. Everyone had something good to say about his rulership.

Posterity is always there to judge

People like femi adesina and Garba will understand later too

His children's lives have already changed. They've amassed so much wealth. Levels don change. Infact if not that their father was president they wouldn't have married those caliber of partners they have now. The presidency benefitted Buhari and his family very well.

I know of his female relative (don't want to be too obvious) that got a house gifted to her in maitama recently for better security.

Just passing by.
We told them in 2014/5 that by 2023 every one of them will be demystified.
The man, his government, his party and all his supporters, the infamous 'sai babarians'.... how far.
Nigeria got it wrong in 2015 electing a man with out capacity, simple.
There were better options contesting the party's primaries but the desperation to win caused this all.
Unfortunately it appears lightning has struck twice..... only in Nigeria..... undecided

And in the same period 30 billion was stolen by one man, just one man alone.
The EFCC is presently pursuing corruption cases involving serving and past appointees of this government worth several tens of billions more.
What is the point.....

1.They did it inspite of Buhari...plus more startups could have been set up if there was more power, better roads, living conditions , etc.

2.Our film industry has been very productive inspite of bad government.

Buharî is an unfortunate MONUMENTAL FAILURE!

ANY GOVERNMENT THAT SURPASSES BUHARÎ'S FAILURE, USELESSNESS AND CORRUPTION MOST HAVE BEEN CURSED FROM HEAVEN.

TINUBU WILL SUCCEED BY GOD'S GRACE.
Tinubu's failure will start the day he appoints:

El Rufai
Ganduje
Nyesome Wike
Chimaraoke Nnamani
Bayo Onanuga
Nuhu Ribadu and co into his government.

There is no rocket science there, once he start compensating the political criminals and terrorists that helped him rig and win, then his regime is finished.

This was one of the things that killed Buhari's regime and Tinubu is about the make same costly mistake of trying to compensate criminals that helped him rig and win.

Today I have the opportunity to comment on nairaland, I have being a fan of this platform for over 3 years now, one thing I found out is the intelligence and exposure levels of over 80% of nairalanders are basically appalling,I deliberately refuse to use the word " literacy level" , majority of people here have opinion that are bias, tainted with tribal, religious and regional prejudices, most times I see bitter souls spreading negative aura here, this has giving nairalanders a bad name..I personally just pick on any news, read them and never bother to read comments, most comments here are useless, it what you will be expecting from touts, tribal and religious stars, however I must say, not everyone falls into that category.

Which presidency have not had Hawks around them since 99. Even Baba Obasanjo era, although he had much direction.

Tinubu will be a million times better than Buhari.
He understands good economics
Buhari was economically bereft, even basic clue he had none
Stiffled everything

What Nigeria needs is simply liberalization of the economy
Nigerians are hardworking
Just set the template and structures right and see how this Nation will fly

He should get sound economic thinkers who are in line with the world's best global practices
Obasanjo had okonjo iweala, oby ezekwesili, soludo, even El rufai was also sound
They gave Obj sound economic advice of which Yaradua continued in

Tinubu knows how to pick talents, so he must pick the best talents to run things

Buhari failed in all these

Nigeria has great potential
Getting the right structures is all that is needed
They should Benchmark Nations doing it well, learn and cooy from them. Nations like: China, India, Singapore, UAE, Vietnam, Qatar etc they should find out what they are doing well and copy those things

But the people he will always be afraid of now is IGBOS cos they never stopped showing their stern hatred for him. And now appointing ministers from that end can be so hard for him now to do cos they can stay as bait to harm him.
