oga pls lean I am not disputing principal of float but to achieve stable equilibrium of an object on water it need to be chained. If not chain it can never be stabled bcs the Ocean it not stable. The law of floating that works for the Marines and ships that doesn't stagnant on the ocean can not work for Rig that stay stagnant which need to be chained to the bottom of an Ocean before you can achieve stability.
