Good Luck to Osun State peoples governor, Ademola Adeleke. Your mandate will not be stolen the way they stole your mandate in 2018.
Re: Supreme Court Rules On Osun Governorship Election Dispute On Tuesday, May 9 by Jones4190(m): 11:46am On May 08, 2023
I am still curious as to why Bishop John Onaiyekan did not request that the Chief Judge of Osun State postpone the swearing-in of Governor Adeleke, given that his election victory is being contested at the tribunal and now at the Supreme Court.

The problem of selective amnesia is one of the major issues facing Nigeria. It is disheartening to see senior citizens in the country taking sides with certain political parties during critical moments of national interest.

This is wrong and must be widely condemned.
Hopefully oyetora will reclaim his mandate tomorrow

I fear they might use Osun case to set a precedence that would be used to help Tinubu’s case.

And I say this because Osun case is the first major case since BVAS and IREV became legal instruments of INEC.

Where do you think the judgment will swing from the proceedings in court?
it will swing in Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke’s favour cos’ The Bvas is the primary source while the server is the secondary source. The court of Appeal judgement has makes the Supreme Court of justices work to be simple. Supreme Court of justices will sustained the judgement of the court of appeal affirming Governor Ademola Adeleke as the duely elected Governor of Osun State

Imagine Supreme Court removing this Man that has over performed within short period of time. The judiciary should not allow themselves to be used as a willing tool in the hands of the evil politicians. They are the surviving Institution to uphold our democracy.
The legal case has nothing to do with performance in office rather the legality of the victory in the elcetion

It has dawned on Oyetola and his lawyers that it is not an easy task to change lies into the truth before the Learned Justices of the Supreme Court as the Apex Court had to confront Oyetola's lawyers with knotty and bamboozling questions during the hearing today.

The Supreme Court realized nothing much in the Appeal and fixed tomorrow for Judgment.
Dont let me reveal more.

Unlimited joy for Governor Ademola Adeleke and all of us tommorow. By the Special Grace of Almighty God, Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke wins in the Supreme Court of justice. Victories on every side

INTEGRITYA1:
Adeleke will still win at Supreme Court, Oyetola will be pacify for National Appointment.

Oyetola was relying on Tinubu intervention to reclaim the seat, but Tinubu have already said he's a President to both APC, PDP, LP and all others, in fact Tinubu said he's a Nationalist and President for all. As a result he(Tinubu) won't take side.
So, Oyetola doesn't have a solid argument, right? Remember that he won at the tribunal. He doesn't need Tinubu to win this case.

He won at Tribunal, he lost at Appeal Court.

Supreme Court will not reverse the Appeal Court Judgement.

Politics is a chess game.

Garfield1, with much evidence in the presidential election petition tribunal, Tinubu victory will be annulled.

You are indeed dull, no offence pls.

So if Oyetola wins means Tinubu is been helped?

From your comment, you are actually supporting obi and if the judgment goes against him as it is naturally destiny to be, then you will start saying trash.

Even a layman on the stress knowns obi lost the election and as such will certainly loss over and over again.

there’s huge evidence in the presidential election petition tribunal. Tinubu’s counsel Olanipekun goofed by presenting Pre-Election matters before the Lord justices of the tribunal
