The picture 📸 doesn't dipcict somebody that is sleeping, he looks like somebody who is reading a book, if you look clearly, you will discover that the person beside him was actually looking at what he's reading...

You will also discovered that, from the picture taken, all the lawyers head were down, which shows that they were all reading 📚 something from a book shared
