trucks are not allowed to ply that road, there's a barrier a the beginning and end of the road preventing trucks from passing

That road is not suitably for such ooo. You can not drive beyond 10/15 speedometer along that road, if not you will meet yourself in a big pit/ gullies and valley as high as 100mtre
