Today's court ruling was all about if the court have jurisdiction to listen & rule on political party's internal affairs,which the court ruled it have the jurisdiction to listen to it.

Supreme court had previously ruled that courts don't have the jurisdiction to rule on political party's affairs,so, why's a lower court claiming they now have the jurisdiction to rule on such matter ?

Just keep fooling yourself. Why are they in court? The judgement not in favor of your candidate and then you remembered that the court can't rule on the matter? It seems it is the word "ruling" that you don't really understand. Ruling is the final decision of the court on matter which arises from and within the proceedings of the suit.
