I mean... what if someone wrote something similar to mine, way before I published my book — would I be in trouble even if I know I didn't plagiarize nobody's article?

What if I quote a source... Something like "according to investopedia, money...." Would I be in trouble or am I overthinking?

Yes you are, plagiarism is copying something word for word and calling it your own,
many publishers do that and still get away with it by rephrasing the word.
there's no way someone will right something similar to you word for word

I published a book recently and due to some conflicting metadata issues, the book was blocked. Does that blocked book stop me from publishing another new book again? I will appreciate the response of the house on this question.

Today I finally published my 1st book on the KDP platform. It has taken months but I finally did it.

First it was "the topic, then the cover, how was I going to make the cover?" that kept me away.
But after reading the thread here, I felt challenged and said "Hey I am going to do it". So today I
did it.

Right now, the ebook is under review. I plan 5 this month, so 1 gone, 4 left. I will do it! I am going
to start the 2nd one today.

For those of you who love to write but are still sitting outside the fence, now is the time to jump inside.

earning 6 figures monthly with their Kindle ebooks.

RESEARCH: METHOD TO NARROW DOWN A NICHE
-Go to Google, type Amazon bestsellers. Click on the amazon bestseller's link
-At amazon bestsellers, click on kindle store on the left side (do not use d search box at d top)
-at kindle store, click on kindle ebooks below it
-under kindle ebooks, u will see many categories. click on anyone dat u want and it will open subcategories. choose any subcategory and click until their is no more subs.
- At this point, start checking the 100 books that are listed for dat sub-subcategory.
-right click any of the listed books and check d product details. It should have amazon sales rank below 20,000.
-determine d keyword of dat book. For instance, it could be a book on anger management.
-now open amazon on anoda tab and go to kindle ebooks.use d search box to search for the keyword 'anger management'. when d results open,select 'new and popular' on d right side.
-Open about 10 of d books to check their product details. their should be at least 5 to 7 books with amazon sales rank around 10k,20k,30k,40k. there should be many odas below 100k.
-this shows money is circulating in dat niche.
if these criteria are not satisfied, go to the bestseller's page and start over. Avoid niches with many celebrity authors or those dat require professional qualifications.

Kdp Amazon do not want an overpriced book and an underpriced book...

Books sold with price $2.99 -$9.99 ,the author will get 70% as royalty ...

Books sold with price of $10 and above...the author will get 30% as royalty...same way book sold for less than $2.99 will give the author a royalty of 30%..



So in other words , let your book be priced at the range of $2.99 - $9.99 if you want to get 70% royalty..
