Ibos always think they're smarter than others, not knowing they can't fool anyone. They already stationed their braindead hackers ready to hack INEC and manipulate the results in favour of their fraud. INEC fooled them and didn't upload results. This got them mad. Reason why they're crying all over public space. Later they went on twitter collating results by polling units and pasting it, screaming and jumping that Obi was leading. By the time they got to 3/4 of collated results and found out it was leaning towards the result INEC declared, they abandoned the project. Very weird lot.

There are no elections elsewhere that is blatantly rigged like Nigeria. The imperfections of elections elsewhere are minor infrastractions by voters themselves and not a deliberate manipulation by the electoral body and one of the political parties.

In as much as this is not to counter your submission. In all, court judgement should not supercede the will of the people. The electoral process should be made in such a way the court can only cancel and prosecute offenders but have no authority to "assign" winner no matter the claim. The court should only adjudicate on the fairness and credibility and if found the process doubtful only possess the right for outright cancellation and call for full or partial re-voting than awarding claimants votes and declare him winner against the choice of the populace. This is just my opinion.

Again if the Uzodimma case took advantage of weakness in electoral process it means PO or any of the candidates can also "take advantage" especially for PO who has a genuine claim of suppression of votes to ride on that precedence.

I will easily break it down:
1- INEC released the list of registered Voters

2- The age long myth of highest voters from the North was busted based on the released registered voter-data by INEC.

3- The 3 K's had the highest registered voter-Data up North, while down South; Lagos, Rivers, Oyo, and Delta State had the highest registered voter-Data with Lagos topping the whole National list. Please refer to the registered voter-Data.

Now the breakdown;
1- Peter Obi won Lagos, & Delta.
2- BAT didn't win any of the 3 K's (that had the highest Voters)
3-BAT won Northern states with regular registered voter-Data that matched with the States Peter Obi and Atiku won.

Which is why Rivers State manipulations was very critical to BAT'S results...

As I type to you now Stears has two presidential results for the elections which are;
1- Declared by INEC of which Peter Obi is third
&
2- Provisional results on IREV of which Peter Obi is 2nd and the results are still incomplete due to computations currently ongoing- an important point to note is that BAT'S votes have dropped by over 3 million.

The question remains how did BAT and INEC work the sort of miracles we witnessed?

In Jigawa state for example, votes for LP from Imo state were posted to APC on INEC portal. It's like that in many other states. They did that to favour Tinubu. Let the vote recount in the courts begin.

Nigeria's voters never renewed the tenure of APC which made Nigeria become the poverty capital of the world and one of the most terrorised countries on earth.

Tinubu didn't even meet up with the 25% of votes in Abuja requirement by the Constitution. Tinubu lost Lagos, lost Kano, lost Kaduna states, lost Rivers, lost Katsina States, lost all the Eastern States, lost Edo and Delta.
The 12 Sharia states and 4 SW states couldn't have given Tinubu the 8 million+ votes.

Nigeria Nigerian courts will rule an election rigged or manipulated, which is a serious crime by itself, and assign a winner but will not prosecute and punish anyone for the crime. You would think the election was rigged by spirits.

I previously thought that PO will not be victorious at the tribunal as per Nigerian system, but I am becoming strongly convinced that PO will be sworn in as the next president. If even only Rivers is rightfully given to PO, he wins 13 states and fct. Tinubu goes to 11 states which is below the minimum threshold needed for victory. At worst the will be a run off.
