For the avoidance of doubt, Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialABAT of the APC beat Peter Obi of LP by a margin of 2,693,193 votes.

So, let me educate the unlearned fellows as to how electoral jurisprudence works so that no one deceives them: If you allege electoral malpractice in just ONE STATE and you do 100 TV documentaries on it, it cannot and will not upturn the overall result of the election in the event that when you subtract or add the result of that ONE STATE to the overall tally, the margin between both candidates will still not be obliterated.

Whilst I am not commenting on any particular Petition pending in court now, I just want to say that the entire result of an election cannot be cancelled due to any alleged malpractice if that malpractice does not SUBSTANTIALLY affect the declared result.

In addition, the type of evidence that may be admissible in court to prove over voting may be substantially different from what is put together to make fanciful documentaries that make the eyes of viewers pop out. So, just sit back and be entertained by documentaries.

Rivers State is just a poster state

When the mindless rigging being perpetuated by Tinubu and the APC in other states are unearthed, every one including Festus kayemo will realise that Tinubu and the APC didn't meet any of the requirements needed to be declared winner

So they have agreed that the election was rigged. Don't worry more revelation is coming.

While they focus on Rivers State, more are coming from other States.πŸ€—πŸ€—

This is so shameful especially from someone who once stood for justice. I am glad that I was alive to witness this, otherwise, no one could ever make me believe that such a thing called 'APC' ever happened to Nigeria. Even with all the shameful acts and policies of this party - it still feels like I am watching an epic movie released in 2015. I spit in disgust.

Keyamo is a disgrace to the law profession in Nigeria and Africa.
PODATTI is contending the election results in
about 21 states.

From Lagos ,rivers, benue, adamawa, bauchi, Nasarawa, jos, ogun, and others it was a day light robbery.

This matters of this election needs to be sorted out before any form of inauguration.

Pmb should be prepared to continue in power as the constitution gives right for that in the state which we are right now.

By all means an unconstitutional president should not lead Nigeria even for a day.

Don't mind them. They know what's up. All na PR. The Rivers State reveal is a smokescreen to dump it all on Wike, and use him as a voluntary scapegoat. They believe that everyone will see it as just Rivers State alone, and not general. They don't know that they have entered into quicksand.
Look at the media that broke the story twice. Premium Times and BBC hausa. These are APC offshoot media. Rivers State is a red herring. But the big shock is coming.

Tell them.

Pandora Obituary got 25% in Rivers State, even if he now wins the State based on whatsoever reason, it doesn't change the fact that his spread remains 16 states out of the 24 required.

No spread
No simple majority votes

I thought they said Obidients were wailing because they lost, and that their presidential candidate won "Fair and Square", so what is all these rantings for? Are they hoping for a Re-run? I bet you if there was to be a rerun, APC won't have a candidate; because he would have been locked up behind bars. The election will be between Obi, Atiku and Kwankwaso - the real Northerners vs the only genuine Southerner. Guess what Obi by then will have a landslide victory - because those doubting his capabilities by this singular act of courage at the election tribunal will cue up behind him.

So you guys now understand the motives behind announcing a presidential election result by 4am. We have given them Rivers to focus on, while we gradually unveil Taraba, Plateau, Lagos, Gombe, Benue and many more - just see it as an epic series which requires a rewatch while awaiting more interesting episodes.

Reinstate Lagos 964,000 votes to Obi, Rivers 214,000 votes, Benue, Imo, Nasarawa, Kaduna and others, while deducting the same from Tinubu's padded votes. You'll discover that Tinubu came a distant 3rd, only defeating Kwamkwaso by a slight margin.

Rigging alone is a criminal offense. As far as the agree to have committed the crime that means the election will be declared null and void.

Even if we assume but not concede until proven in court that the Irev results for Rivers state is the correct one, it shows that Tinubu did very well in Rivers state. Peter Obi couldn't get up to 400k in Rivers from the Irev shown so far. The Rivers result is the only one so far that all investigative media, from Premium times to BBC to ANAP have been able to allege disparities with INEC announced figures. This means other states are rock solid for President-elect Tinubu. Rivers by the way is a PDP governed state, so no one can accuse APC of manipulating the result there.
