We know that in video evidence seen on social media that there was an assault and also for the assault to occur, there was a trigger from the police officer involved...

What's 21days they need to remand the mugu for a year at least to teach him a lesson that there's law in the country and that law is not meant only for the poor only. They want his case to serve as deterrent to anyone planning to assault the police .The police is using the instrument of law to pursue their case . .is now left for seun lawyer to counter there demand..This is not a criminal case ....I don't think the court will grant police such order except they are working together to punish him ..

We know you guys asking for jail are the Obimumu supporters looking for way to revenge. Take it easy, he did not commit rape, he did not kidnap someone. he only slapped someone out of annoyance. By law, let him face the court. he can never be jail more than 2 months and this will still come with a fine option.
