Hopefully, when subsidy is removed we will see the true picture of things. Like someone said what happens when Bolt jerk up their 25% commission? Whether you like it or not that commission will STILL go UP.

You mentioned gazzuzz in the other thread. Gazzuzz himself has come out and advised the guy to drop the idea of investing 7m into ehailing.
Gazzuzz said " he won't even break even."

I am sure he didn’t know gazzuzz already ventured into it but gave himself brain that it’s not worth it at the long run.
If you already have a car and don’t have something meaningful for an income, it’s ok to go into it. At least, body and soul will be kept together.
If not having a source of income at the moment, take up a vehicle on rental. Something will still enter your pocket from there rather than staying idle.

I don’t know about the present income but I know the e hailing coys don’t have the drivers at heart to make them break even. I was surprised when I checked and saw that per kilometer is now N100.

Above all, it shouldn’t be a job to be done for a long period without having an exit plan.

She's not serious. I don't even like the Courier trips on Indrive. The fare is ridiculously low compared to normal ride. As if normal ride fare is not low enough.

Good evening guys. I just checked that white coolant container in my bonnet and realized it is empty. No coolant in the car anymore. No sign from car I just checked and realized.

My former car I used to use water or a green coolant I buy anywhere.

But this particular car when I got it, it was brown coolant that was inside. Please can I buy the green one and put it inside like that? Or I have to look for the brown coolant and buy?

All of you saying ehailing isn't profitable, it's only for feeding money, yen yen yen, are talking Rubbish
If not that u want to eat like an armed robber, flex like a kidnapper or measure up with a Yahoo boy. U will not call a business that u can make between 10k to 30k profit daily an unprofitable business.

As a partner, who will not raise any finger apart from the capital u used in buying the car, u make 100k profit monthly on the average from ur investment. That's like 3-10% monthly passive income depending on how much u invested in buying the car. And u are complaining. Tell me, how many genuine passive incomes can u make that much from in Nigeria of today.

As a Driver, u can make between 100k and 150k profit every week. If u r starting new and u r lucky to get a car with 50k down payment, even if u borrow to raise d deposit, u can repay ur loan, pay ur partner and still have change in the first week of working. Isn't that commendable? U can live comfortably and be financially confident out of nothing or just 50k/100k deposit/capital.

Finally, as a Partner Driver; if u make from within 100k to 150k every week in profits. Calculate that in a month and tell me if that's not good business.

If u want to talk about repairs and expenses, I will tell u there is nothing in a car that money cannot buy, and there is no expenses too much compared to the profits u will make once u fix it, so as a business man, even if it means u borrow and fix ur car, go ahead, it's not bad. Save for raining day and have depreciation savings. But most of us will eat with out five fingers, leave above our means and be complaining that money on dashboard isn't showing in bank account.

You will be talking down on the business, u r poor, u don't have money, u can't maintain ur car yet u want mega profits, u want to make money doing nothing. U don't even know the basics or what it takes to run a business/company, cos if u did, it will show in d way u talk and analyse things, but u want to look for business you will do... I pity u, at least in ehailing if u no do again u can sell ur car and see small road, most of u talking will enter business and get wrecked and come out with nothing. The best thing for u is to seat on a desk 8-5 and recieve salary at month end.

There is no profitable business without it's own challenges, risks, pit falls, and skills u must master to succeed in it. U must learn d ropes, endure, be patient, be consistent, be positive and with a sprinkle of natural/spiritual principles you will succeed.

I am not saying u must do ehailing, or u shouldn't do other businesses or that ehailing is the best thing to involve in, my own is when u are talking, personalize ur talk and don't generalize. I know people, not one not two who have grown their fleet from 1 to multiple of 5, 10 cars. May God continue to bless d hussle of hardworking people.

There is no brown coolant o. It's either red/pink or green. Your coolant is leaking, just be adding water until u find d leak and fix it before thinking of coolant.
When u want to add coolant, don't mix colours, if it's green top with green, if it's red, top with red.

It could be red or pink as you said. I got the car in November and the coolant was full I just checked today and it was empty. On Sunday I saw cold water drop after the heavy rain drop a bit from under the dash board on passenger side. I thought it was a leak but since then I haven’t seen any drop there. I just remembered it’s red or a bit pink cos I washed injector not long ago.

How do you know the coolant is leaking sir? Please share your idea sir thanks

In addition I monitored the coolant and it was going down gradually. Just forgot to check it until today

Your mechanic can run pressure test to detect the leakage.

As long as coolant is reducing, it means it is leaking somewhere. The question should b how do u find where is it leaking from? Check radiator body, radiator cover, water pump, hoses, and car heater coil under driver side dashboard.

I'm currently negotiating a Honda Civic 1.8 sedan Ex 2007 at 1.4m with small body work and legs. I'm yet to inspect the car with a professional though. If all goes well, is it a good deal?

Why would you be pricing something you've not even seen or inspected? 1.4m... what if the engine is not sound and owner already agrees to sell @1.4m... first see the car b4 making am offer.

Also, look out for Kia Rio, Toyota Yaris... But your 1.5m won't buy you a Yaris...

Let me give you a free advice of ehailing is what you insist on doing for the now. Go to Owode Onirun, mile 2... Look for a Honda civic with clean and sharp interior with first body pan that wouldn't need any body work. Clean car oooh. Without engine or gear or without both... I mean bad engine and gear. Buy it for 500-700k.

Go to Oyinbo or move the car there, then buy a tokunbo complete engine that comes with compressor, alternator and all for 200k. Sell of the old engine... That will serve for workmanship. Take the car to a car wash.

You'll still have 200-300k left for minor suspension repairs

Come back after 1 month and do thanks giving
