Not necessarily. SH is in partnership with Wise. Meaning SH pays via wire transfer using Wise company.
You can receive your SH payout with your Wise account, or with your 'non-Wise' bank account, e.g Grey GBP bank account.

SH is not slow in approval. I have more than 8 waiting for approval. Relax bro.

We are in the same shoe. I was fedup with the slow and steady style of SH.
I believe they prioritize name over others. If you submit with coin, the approval is quick and if you dont, wait for months for approval. I have had up to 10 approval though.
Secondly, SH is also experiencing surge of domainers submitting unregistered names.

Let me give you a suggestion for unregistered submission.
When you have names pending for such a long time (2 weeks max), delete and resubmit. If nothing happens after a while again, just delist and submit another name.
Lately, for Squadhelp registered domains, the top quality ones (which the Ai & all their reviewers upvote) are what is being approved (you'll see something like "Auto-approved" ) . While the ones that are pending for long time needs manual approval (These are usually average names).
I have names pending since April. What I did was to simply remove them and submit another set. 3 have been approved within a week so far.
The ones I delisted will still be submitted at another time.
1 week is usually the max I wait before replacing a "pending review" domain now.

Dont be tossed by every wind. someone does this today, you go into it. someone sells this, you change direction. Yes be flexible but be a master in one area.

I dont consider myself good in Geo but i am good in Brandable. I am a novice when it comes to numeric or emoji domain. Trust me there are loads of other categories of domains.

First Port of call for me is to submit names to SH as unregistered with the option for SH to do the registration. if the name gets rejected, I submit it to BB if its a BB kind of name.

If BB accepts it, I either register it or sell it off on BB slack channel.

This saves me money spent on renewal with reduced profit(I am ok with this).

So always have a plan & stick to it.

If i discover a name has lots of potential end users, I register & I dont list on SH or BB, I might submit it to see how much price they will set on it. My plan will be to outbound to those endusers

I just entered all the details of the GBP account provided by Grey to Squadhelp wise page. I can't remember the exact details now.
Squadhelp converts it to £ and send to GBP grey account.
Sometimes, within 1hr, the payout lands in Grey.
