The proposed site of the Sea Port is Erunna/Opoti in Ilaje LGA and It's christened "Port Ondo".

The Port will cost $1.4billion and will be financed through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and to be concessioned 50years.

Initially the news that made round was that Alex Otti of Abia and all elected officials on the platform of LP in Abia and Kano have had their candidature nullified .

Now the Kano judge has to come out and clarify his judgement had nothing to do with whatever is happening in Abia .

National Judicial Council suspended him for 5 years and all this while there were waiting for Buhari approval to retire him compulsory. Buhari didn't do anything.

The guy approached the court to look at his case again. Same NJC lifted his suspension after clearing him of every misconduct 5 years after. Up till now, NJC is still waiting for Buhari's approval.

It was the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court that reinstated him.
