Just d type rubbish up and down with your little Senses
quote author=lhordspy post=123239871]I listened to Yunusa, Peter Obi's spokeperson reaction to the nullifcation earlier. He said same thing Alex Otti is repeating now.

Alex Otti is saying:

It seems Alex Otti, Labour party and Obidient in general don't understand the judgement order, legal proceeding, and the declaration of this particular judgement.

Let me explain it for you guys. This particular case was filed not by the opposition, but by a labour party member in Kano, an ex-chairman, Haruna Ibrahim . So the defence of the petitioner not having a locus standi to initiate a suit is dead on arrival. The case was filed by a member not PDP not APC. It is LP vs LP.

An aggrieved card-carrying Labour 'parry' member, Haruna Ibrahim filed the suit and tagged Labour party and INEC as the respondent. Peter Obi and Abure failed to send lawyer to represent them in court.

Alex Otti is a goner. Peter obi and Abure just fried his governorship ambition like Akara.[/quote]

So you leave Abia go kano for court case..Una for go Niger republic na
Smiles, you’re really ignorant on how litigation and Judgement works in Nigeria. As long as it’s a Federal High Court, Judgment can be promulgated anywhere. The judgment sacking Gov. Olusegun Agagu as the Governor of Ondo State in Favour of Olusegun Mimiko was promulgated by a judge in Edo State and not Ondo State. I’m not a supporter of the judgement against Alex Otti but then, he won’t be inaugurated until a higher court (Supreme) says otherwise. That’s the reality!

The judgement stands until it is set aside by a superior court. And in the interest of justice and equity, Alex Otti should not be sworn in on May 29. Ikpeazu should remain in office till the Supreme Court rules on the matter.
This rucus will soon pass Nigerians remain glued to take back our mandate... If Una want make una dig out news say labour party na terrorist organization wey dey kidnap people for zamfara... We no go gree. Busy bodies

What happens to stay of execution and the maintain of statuesquo via the appellate court? and secondly the incumbent ' s tenure cannot extend beyond May 29, constitutionally speaking.

By this weekend or Monday, INEC will receive the judgement CTC and that's all. Unfortunately, Alex Otti can not appeal it. He is not a party to the case. Sincerely, he is gone and it's unfortunate. This is what you get when you wish other people evil and hate them because they are not Igbo.
I feel for Mr Alex Otti

Na Igbo matter go finally deal with you

"The judgement stands" hehehehe! Sounds more like trying to make a two months old baby to stand. Nigeria has gone to the dogs.

Bro the goners here are your likes and lamidi.
Your understanding is below par. If not you will know that first the so called kano court has no jurisdiction on this matter,
Secondly it is a pre election matter,
Thirdly only candidates in the election could file such.
So you are dismissing it because it’s a ‘pre-election’ matter?
You probably forgot that Obi’s petition against Tinubu’s largely based on alleged pre-election violations.
And what do you mean by a Kano court has no ‘jurisdiction’ on this matter? It’s a federal court in case you missed the memo.

What would you have expected from Otti. The verdict Haas opened a window of opportunity to Abia PDP.

So the courts don't have jurisdiction again.
