Men of Rivers state vigilante in Ogba Egbema and Ndoni, (ONELGA L.G.A) known as ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Committee (OSPAC), have arrested about 29 youths and paraded them in omuko community, ONELGA local government area of Rivers state Nigeria, for drug abuse.

The youths who were arrested in different locations within the community are said to be taking ICE aka mkpurumiri.

Correctional centres should be manned by mental health professionals. Most criminals abuse drugs.

But again, this is a country that rewards bad character with good.

You're right. No wonder most of them after leaving so called correctional centers tends to exhibit worst forms of character. We need to be intentional as a nation, in solving our problems
