Men of Rivers state vigilante in Ogba Egbema and Ndoni, (ONELGA L.G.A) known as ONELGA Security Peace and Advisory Committee (OSPAC), have arrested about 29 youths and paraded them in omuko community, ONELGA local government area of Rivers state Nigeria, for drug abuse.

The youths who were arrested in different locations within the community are said to be taking ICE aka mkpurumiri.

it's worse than Fentanyl, it mixture of Tranquilizer and Heroin I think. Funny enough the chemicals come from China and the labs that make them are in Mexico then the end users are in USA. The problems with Tranq is that You don't know how much to take that won't kill You
