Please guys what do you suggest I should do. I mistyped my account number while sending to them. I just realized after my classmate told me she’s been paid and I haven’t received anything. Although I resent the correct account number now. How else can I reach to them

I went to my Registrar's office, they referred me to my exam and records officer's office, that was where everything was done.

What a pleasant surprise. I actually wrote it off because it was supposed to come, like, last year but it didn't and I've since finished school

Duration for my course of study was 4 years and I got the award at the start of my second year (so it was valid for 3 years) and I got paid thrice.
