Tinubu did not satisfy the requirement of the constitution of Nigeria regarding 25% of votes in Abuja federal capital territory.
That alone makes Tinubu not qualify to be sworn-in as president of Nigeria. He knows why he is frequenting abroad. He is preparing his final home abroad.
