Apapa was paid, just like this one was paid.. Meanwhile no I'm not arguing that funds weren't misappropriated, but I can bet you that Peter Obi never had access to 1kobo of campaign funds, everything like chattered flight, event planning and logistics where done by people, how does he have access to funds.
